1. About CricTrade

CricTrade is a virtual cricket trading game that allows users to build a virtual portfolio of real cricketers using virtual CricCoins.

CricTrade is intended for entertainment, engagement, strategy, and cricket knowledge-based gameplay.

2. Eligibility

You may use CricTrade only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and are capable of agreeing to these Terms.

Where parental or guardian permission is required by law, you must obtain such permission before using CricTrade.

3. User Accounts

CricTrade currently allows users to authenticate using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account used to access CricTrade.

You must not impersonate another person, attempt to access another user's account, or misuse authentication systems.

4. CricCoins

CricCoins are virtual in-game points used exclusively within CricTrade.

CricCoins have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for money, transferred for cash, or exchanged for real currency.

CricTrade may determine how CricCoins are granted, earned, spent, adjusted, restored, limited, or removed as part of the game system.

5. Virtual Player Trading

CricTrade allows users to buy and sell virtual positions in real cricketers using CricCoins.

A virtual player position does not represent ownership, financial interest, contractual rights, or any other legal interest in the real player.

Player prices within CricTrade are virtual game values and may change according to cricket performance, scoring logic, platform mechanics, demand, technical adjustments, and other game rules.

6. Trading Windows

Trading availability may depend on match status, toss information, playing eleven confirmation, cricket data availability, platform support, or technical conditions.

CricTrade may open, suspend, restrict, or close trading for a match or player when reasonably necessary.

7. Performance-Based Player Values

Player values may be affected by cricket performance including, where applicable, runs, strike rate, wickets, economy, boundaries, dot balls, maidens, dismissals, and other performance factors.

CricTrade may use different scoring and valuation rules for Test, ODI, T20, or other supported cricket formats.

8. No Betting or Gambling

CricTrade does not accept cash wagers and does not offer cash winnings based on cricket outcomes.

CricCoins and virtual player holdings are part of the game and cannot be converted into real money.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not misuse CricTrade or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Prohibited activities include attempting to manipulate CricCoin balances, modify player prices through unauthorized means, exploit technical vulnerabilities, automate abusive requests, interfere with other users, or access restricted systems or data.

10. Fair Play

Users are expected to participate fairly and in accordance with CricTrade's intended game mechanics.

CricTrade may investigate suspicious activity and may restrict, correct, reverse, or remove game activity where reasonably necessary to protect platform integrity.

11. Cricket Data

CricTrade may rely on third-party data providers for match information, player information, statistics, scores, and related cricket data.

We do not guarantee that third-party cricket data will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or available in real time.

12. Corrections and Adjustments

CricTrade may correct game balances, player prices, holdings, transactions, scores, or other records where errors arise from technical failures, incorrect data, duplicate processing, abuse, or other platform issues.

Such adjustments may be made where reasonably necessary to preserve fairness and platform integrity.

13. Availability of the Service

CricTrade is provided on an as-available basis.

The service may experience maintenance, downtime, delayed cricket data, server interruptions, technical bugs, or third-party service failures.

14. Changes to CricTrade

CricTrade may modify its features, design, scoring systems, player valuation rules, supported matches, CricCoin mechanics, leaderboard rules, or other parts of the platform as the product develops.

15. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or suspend access to CricTrade where a user violates these Terms, abuses the platform, threatens security, attempts manipulation, or where restriction is reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.

16. Intellectual Property

CricTrade's original branding, design, software, platform features, written content, game mechanics, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Cricket player names, team names, competition names, trademarks, statistics, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CricTrade is provided without guarantees that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate, or available at all times.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cricklytix and CricTrade will not be responsible for losses arising solely from virtual CricCoin movements, virtual player value changes, delayed cricket data, interrupted service, or other game-related outcomes.

19. Privacy

Your use of CricTrade is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected and used.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as CricTrade evolves.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
